Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in Ingatestone to provide essential support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This full-time permanent role involves working five days a week, helping children break through learning barriers and building their confidence in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include 1:1 support, tracking progress against Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and assisting teachers. A Level 2/3 qualification and experience with SEN are desirable.
