Overview

Would you like to help young people take their first big step into work? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a project that supports 16-24-year-olds with learning disabilities and autism, giving them the skills, confidence, and guidance they need to move into meaningful employment.

We are recruiting for a permanent Job Coach to be based primarily around the Harrow area, with the ultimate flexibility to also cover Hackney via public transport as part of a split territory schedule.

The programme combines classroom learning with hands-on support. It has a strong track record, with around 70% of participants going on to secure paid jobs. As a Job Coach, you will work closely with a small group of young people with an EHCP, helping them prepare for and succeed in the workplace.
