The Role:

• Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help drive their business.
• Experience of civil or building projects within the Irish market is needed.
• Ideally, you will have experience of various buidling projects.
• Measurement, procurement, preparation of valuations
• Post-tender negotiations
• Liaising with design teams
• Identifying & preparing variation claims
• Subcontractor appointments & accounts, monthly reporting.
• Ability to review contract documents and formulate a strategy,
• Oversee the preparation and valuation of accounts,
• Preparing and placing subcontract packages,
• Ability to deal and settle accounts with subcontractors,
• First-hand experience in the preparation and submission of variations and claims,
• Preparation of final accounts, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
