Contract: Fixed-term contract (1 year, with the possibility of extension), term time only (39 weeks per year)

Salary: S18 (£25,257) – S22 (£27,995)

The Role

Kensington Aldridge Academy has a large vibrant SEN department with a Director of Inclusion, 4 SENCOs and a Deputy SENCO in the Management Team. In addition, there are 30 staff working at various levels of expertise as Senior HLTAs, HLTAs and Learning Support Assistants.

It is a friendly and dynamic environment to work in with multiple demands on time and resources that all have to be managed effectively.
