SEN Primary School Teaching Assistant: As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential within an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children with special educational needs, including autism spectrum condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and learning disabilities.
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs), education health and care plans (EHCPs), and targeted interventions.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to enhance pupils' academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
