Semiconductor Process Engineering Manager – Diffusion, Wet Etch & CMP

Overview

The Semiconductor Process Engineering Manager is responsible for leading process engineering teams supporting Diffusion, Wet Etch, and CMP modules in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. This role ensures safe, stable, and capable processes that meet yield, quality, cost, and cycle‑time targets, while enabling technology transfers and continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Process Leadership

• Own end‑to‑end process health, performance, and roadmap for Diffusion, Wet Etch, and CMP modules
• Ensure processes meet yield, defectivity, reliability, and cost of ownership (CoO) targets
