Teaching Assistant – SEMH School (Worthing)

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Worthing, supporting both primary and secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a structured, supportive and nurturing environment.

You will be working with pupils who may present challenging behaviour , including both verbal and physical behaviours , so the school are looking for someone who is calm, patient and confident in their approach, with experience supporting young people with additional needs.

The role will begin through Pink Tile, with opportunities for temp to perm positions for the right candidate. The school would like candidates to attend a trial day before the end of term .
