This role focuses on supporting learners with behavioural special educational needs (SEN), helping them to access education within a supportive and inclusive environment. The school focuses structuring the education pathway around outdoor learning. We are looking for a practical person who loves the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural needs
Support the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons alongside the class teacher
