Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist provision in Bristol. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs , helping them overcome barriers and succeed both academically and personally.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth work, behaviour support, mental health, or alternative education .

Your Role

• Support students with SEMH needs 1:1 and in small groups
• Help deliver tailored learning and behaviour support plans
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
• Support emotional regulation and promote positive behaviour
• Work alongside teachers and pastoral teams to maintain a safe learning environment
