• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs
• Using Team Teach strategies to support behaviour and reduce incidents of dysregulation
• Applying de-escalation techniques to help pupils remain engaged in learning
• Supporting pupils who may display challenging, aggressive or disruptive behaviours...
