Compensation: £22,400 - £24,150 per year

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, core hours between 8:30am and 4:30pm

Esland is driven to change children’s lives for the better by providing best-in-class specialist services. This role is a SEN Teaching Assistant based at our SEN School in Congleton, supporting vulnerable young people aged 8 to 18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Qualities

• Awareness of how to meet the needs of primary and secondary aged children who have experienced difficulty in accessing mainstream education.
