SEMH SEN Teachers & Teaching Assistants – Northamptonshire

Location: Northampton, Daventry, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby, Rushden, Northants.

Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Ongoing Supply.

Salary: Teachers: long terms in line with teacher pay scale (commensurate with experience), Day to day depending on school and experience. Teaching Assistants: £95-£120 per day (depending on role and experience).

About the Role

Mana Education is working with a specialist group of schools across Northamptonshire who are seeking dedicated SEMH Teachers and SEMH Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

The students you'll be supporting may present with SEMH, SEND, SpLD, Autism, ADHD, or other complex needs. These schools provide nurturing, structured environments for pupils who require consistency, empathy, and skilled intervention.
