We are working closely with a specialist SEND setting in Farnborough that supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs , and they are looking for Learning Support Assistants who can bring patience, resilience, and consistency into the classroom.

This is not a “sit at the back and observe” kind of role.

This is hands‑on, relationship‑driven, and incredibly rewarding.

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
