Protocol Education Ltd is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Sunderland. The role involves supporting pupils aged 11–16 with social, emotional, and mental health needs through 1:1 and small group support.
Successful candidates will have previous experience with children, strong behaviour management skills, and the ability to build positive relationships. Full-time availability is required, and an enhanced DBS is necessary.
