Position Overview

We are looking for a committed SEMH Classroom Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, and autism at our specialist school in Wokingham.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Help pupils engage in classroom activities
• Build strong and trusting relationships with students
• Work closely with teachers and therapists

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in education, care, or mentoring.
