Selling Manager - Iloilo

We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Selling Manager to lead our store team and drive strong sales performance. If you have a passion for retail, leadership, and delivering excellent customer experience, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:

• Drive store sales and ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve daily goals
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures (OPEX)
• Minimize merchandise losses and improve overall store profitability
• Oversee stock movement and ensure proper inventory management
• Ensure availability of key items, especially “basic never-out” products
• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and productivity
• Address and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth store operations
