Key responsibilities

• Build and expand your own HR consulting business.
• Develop and maintain a client network across all sectors.
• Deliver tailored HR advice, training and development services to employers.
• Leverage our marketing, resource libraries and 1‑to‑1 mentoring to support business growth.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and ongoing coaching sessions.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualified HR professional, HR Director or specialist with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated track record of client consultancy or HR service delivery.
• Strong communication, networking and business development skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
