The task involves removing old caulking, cleaning the joints thoroughly, and applying high-quality silicone to ensure a watertight seal around the bathtub, shower enclosure, sink, and tiles. I prefer mold-resistant, flexible silicone suitable for bathrooms and a finish that looks neat and durable. Some experience with tile work is a plus. Please include any recommendations for maintenance to prevent future mold or cracking. I’m hoping to schedule a session on a weekday morning if possible.
