Security Training & Awareness Manager

You’ll be the force behind our security culture — designing, delivering, and evolving training programs across the organization. This role mixes education, psychology, and security.
What You’ll Do:
+ Lead company-wide security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations
+ Deliver onboarding and periodic compliance training (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
+ Partner with HR and Compliance to align training with regulatory frameworks
+ Maintain metrics and KPIs on training effectiveness and behavior change
+ Tailor training programs for engineers, business users, and leadership






+ Create or license engaging multimedia training content

What You Bring:
● 2+ years in security awareness, L&D, communications, or cyber training roles.
● Experience with awareness platforms (KnowBe4, Ninjio, Wizer, Hoxhunt, etc.).
● Understanding of common cyber threats (phishing, social engineering, password
hygiene, data protection).
