**Job Description**

As a Security Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of various systems within commercial buildings. Your main responsibilities will include the installation, programming, and servicing of fire and burglar alarm systems, CCTV camera systems, intercom systems, and access control systems. This position requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to work at heights. The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during the first shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install and repair all aspects of CCTV (analog and IP), Access Control, Burglar Alarm, and associated peripheral equipment.
+ Document all aspects of installation and service calls.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on indoor and outdoor equipment as needed.
