Overview

Tridon Communications is currently seeking a Security Systems Technician to add to our growing team in BC. This position is local to Terrace/Kitimat, BC. relocation assistance package provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, repair, and maintain video and telecommunications systems, campus cabling, and cabling for wireless access points.
• Security System work includes installing, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing security system equipment in medium and large scale commercial and industrial settings (access control, CCTV, and Network Video Recorders).
• Structured Cabling work includes installation of cable inside/outside buildings, field connectors installation, and testing using OTDR and Power Meters.

Knowledge and Experience
