Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage security personnel to ensure optimal performance, operational efficiency, and effectiveness across key areas including Manufacturing Plants, Tooling facilities, Warehouses, and Dormitories.

Oversee security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, guard management, and physical security equipment, ensuring functionality and adequate staffing at all times.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced security guards, ensuring adherence to service standards.

Monitor the attendance and appearance of security guards, ensuring compliance with uniform and hygiene standard.
