Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Monitor and ensure all employees observe and abide IFX Rules & Regulations whilst in the premises
• Safeguard IFX assets (employees & properties) from any misconduct or criminal activities
• Maintain a professional code of ethics in line with IFX BCG
• Supervise subordinates and ensure all security tasks executed as per directive
• Conduct preliminary action on any arising security risk situation and apply containment action
• Timely address any complaints or reports received and update immediate superior
• Ensure all security system and hardware are functioning and report failure immediately
• Effectively communicate with all Department instructions and directives to their subordinate
