Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Security & Safety Supervisor who will report directly to the Director of Engineering, providing operational and administrative support in the areas of Security, Safety, and Procedures.
The candidate will work cross-functionally with hotel departments, with a strong collaboration with the Engineering Department, focusing on procedure compliance, reporting, data entry, access control, and on-site inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of reports;
Data entry and management of safety and security data and documentation;
Verification of compliance with operational and safety procedures;
Hotel inspections to ensure that environments, equipment, and materials are compliant;
Support for risk prevention activities;
Management and control of access keys (issuance, tracking, recording, and verification of proper use);
