Security Receptionist

Job Overview

Mitie has a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join the Mitie team; the role is based at our prestigious customer HSE. This is a permanent role reporting to the Soft Services Manager.

Main Duties

• Work as part of a team to deliver a first‑class service within the facility.
• Support the Service Level Agreement by ensuring all Site Support activities are carried out effectively.
• Ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
• Provide labour support for ad‑hoc out‑of‑hours events.
• Manage internal/external post and courier deliveries/collections.
• Support Emergency Evacuation procedures.
• Assist in reviewing procedures and processes.
• Support the creation of personal emergency evacuation plans (PEEPS) for guests with reduced mobility.
