Security Police Officer - EMR

**Summary**

The **Security** **Police Officer** **EMR** **(Emergency Medical Responder)** provides first response to emergencies; enforcing federal law and assimilated state law; conducting mobile patrols, inspections and searches; conducting traffic enforcement and traffic investigations; initiating an arrest and transporting persons; perform protective service work such as guarding NASA owned or leased buildings and property; protecting NASA equipment and material; controlling access to NASA installations by employees, visitors, and residents; and other duties as assigned. This is an armed, union position.

**ALL positions begin as Part-Time with the option to bid on a full-time position when one becomes available.**

**Responsibilities**
