Security Operator (Shift Work)

About the role

In this permanent part-time role, day to day, you will play a really important part in the security of the port, being the first point of contact for both customers and other port users, such as logistics companies. This includes all those involved in inward and outward goods movements, as well as local and international shipping. While you will be responsible for all entry and surveillance on site when situated at the main entrance gate, you will also have the opportunity to carry out inspections, provide shuttle services and patrol the site. Plus, you will be the communication link to ships while they are in port. 

About you
