Security Operations - Senior Engineer

1. Access Control & Security Operations Manage and supervise all site access control processes for personnel, vehicles, and goods. Oversee site parking management and enforce parking policies. Monitor and maintain access control systems, including permissions setup and system software management. Manage site door lock controls and ensure proper authorization protocols. Maintain and manage the card access record system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Plan, coordinate, and execute special events or assignment. 2. Security Team Management Lead, train, and supervise the site outsourced security team to ensure professionalism and operational readiness. Oversee daily patrol operations and PIP (Proprietary Information Protection) duty execution. Promote and implement PIP culture and initiatives within the security team. 3.
