The Operations Manager reports to the VP of Operations. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
Manage daily operational and administrative functions across multiple security contracts
Keep the VP of Operations apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner
Support the VP of Operations operational decision-making process
Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness across each site
Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption
