- Coordinate with other managers to determine operational needs
- Evaluate team performance to achieve KPI target
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
- Review reports on incidents of IT security attack
- Analyze and investigate to resolve issues IT security attack
- Create reports for management on IT security status
- Responsible in operational User Management and SOC team
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree
- Having knowledge in operational Antivirus, SIEM, Patch Management, DLP, Anti DDOS, Sandbox
- Minimum 3 years experience in Security Operation
- Having security ceritification is advantaged
