Retail Security Officer – Lidl, South Oxhey. Location: Lidl South Oxhey. Position: Security Officer. Pay: £14.14 per hour. Shifts: Weekdays and weekends as per the shift pattern.

About the Role

Mitie has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Security Officer in Lidl Store in South Oxhey. You will gain valuable experience within the security industry with full training and a strong induction. You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle to reach these sites.

• Act as a visual deterrent on the shop floor
• Safely detain offenders following health & safety training
• Utilize store security systems, including CCTV and EAS gates
• Collaborate with covert security operatives
• Investigate losses and support inquiries about known offenders
