The Role

Relief Security Officer – Torquay/Teignmouth and Exeter Area. Provide a visible and vigilant security presence across various client sites.

Responsibilities

• Follow site‑specific Assignment Instructions and ensure full compliance.
• Maintain a high standard of personal and professional conduct.
• Ensure the safety of the public and staff by proactively monitoring for risks and hazards.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Accurately document incidents and ensure all reporting procedures are followed.
• Make timely check calls and emergency contacts as required.
• Attend and complete all required training and development programmes.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision – CCTV PSS preferred).
• Previous security experience (retail security experience is an advantage).
