• To carry out the daily deployment duties and specified tasks at the different duty points.
• Smile & greet all incoming and exiting patients/visitors.
• Assist to open/close arriving/departing vehicles at the front lobby.
• Proactive assistance to arriving/departing patients/visitors (wheelchair, trolley etc).
• Provide directional assistance by assisting in taxi call services, wheelchair/portering coordination.
• Ensure smooth flow of vehicles on the road, in the carparks and coordination of taxi flow and service.
• To assist in the efficient running of, and in all matters relating to car park management.
