The Security Officer is the main link between AMC Security Services and all people served. In the course of their duties, and especially while on patrol, the officer assumes many roles and provides numerous essential services. Security Officers are expected to provide the highest quality of professional service to all customers (employees, students, visitors, patients and others). While on patrol, as an ambassador for AMC, officers are expected to always present a professional image. This includes being well informed, courteous and promptly taking necessary action.
