Security Manager – Manufacturing Facility

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
The Security Manager oversees all physical security, asset protection, and risk‐mitigation operations for a high‐volume manufacturing campus in Nogales, Sonora.
This role ensures the security of employees, protection of company assets, compliance with Mexican regulations, and alignment with corporate security standards.
The manager leads local security personnel, coordinates with law enforcement, immigration and customs authorities, and implements programs that reduce operational, criminal, and cross‐border risks.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Physical Security & Facility Protection
Develop, implement, and maintain the site's physical security program, including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, and Visitor Management systems.
