Security Lead

Outokumpu, a global leader in sustainable stainless steel, is seeking a Security Lead to drive end-to-end platform security across Compute & Networks, Public Cloud, and End User Services. You will own and improve core security services across IT and OT.

Responsibilities

• Own Endpoint Protection (Microsoft Defender, Symantec, TXone): strategy, roadmap, policies, SLAs/SLOs, operations, tuning, coverage
• Own Privileged Access Management (PAM) for IT and OT, incl. Entra ID PIM
• Define security guardrails and secure baselines; review and approve exceptions
• Act as technical incident commander; lead post-incident reviews and structural fixes
• Manage vendors, licenses, budgets; optimize cost and tool rationalization
• Ensure audit/compliance readiness (ISO 27001/27002, NIS2, GDPR)

Collaboration

• Partner with SOC/CSIRT on detections, tuning, hunting, playbooks, incident response
