Security Guard Supervisor

Job Scope

• Supervise security officers in executing perimeter security & patrolling, badge management, alarm management & testing.
• Secure Area perimeter controls to detect and restrict unauthorized access. Monitor from Symmetry System on unauthorized access and report in violation report.
• Monitor authorized personnel entry/ asset movement into/within IBM specific area.
• Monitor material (paper/pen/flash drive/camera) movement & record in register.
• Report Security Incidents concerned to BU or Secure area focal & site security team as per IBM process.
• Report if security equipment installed for BU specific area is not functioning as per process.
• Ensure BU specific security procedures if any/listed is followed & report any violation observed.
• Support client visits for review / audits in IBM premises.
• Support CAS Operation with SCC/CAS Operator.
• Support Emergency requirements & response.
