Ensure the Main Gate entrance and back gate are opened and locked at the specific time

The guard will maintain a record of all visitors, contractors, caddies.

The guard will check all incoming/outgoing vehicles of staff, contractors and caddies.

Ensure only cars with club current car sticker are parked in Car Park A.

Ensure suppliers and contractors parking the proper place.

Ensure that cars are not parked causing obstruction or against the parking regulations.

Ensure that Caddies and unauthorised person do not enter or loiter in the Car Park.

Report to the owner cars with lights left on or doors not locked.

Patrol at hourly intervals both the New and Old Course, the Drink Huts and the Field Department.

Ensure there are no trespassers, unauthorised person in the course.
