Job Description: Demonstrate full understanding and compliance with site's security policies and procedures, applying a professional and customer service–focused approach. Maintain an open, objective, and respectful attitude toward diverse community while assisting employees, visitors, and contractors. Perform access control, monitor CCTV and fire panels, and ensure all security systems and measures are functioning properly. Conduct proactive interior and exterior patrols to identify policy breaches, safety hazards, and facility concerns, reporting them promptly. Respond quickly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, maintaining calm and preventing unnecessary disruption. De-escalate crises, provide support, and coordinate with emergency services such as police, fire, and paramedics when required.
