SECURITY GUARD

Summary You will serve as a SECURITY GUARD in the FORCE PROTECTION DIVISION of NAF EL CENTRO SEC DET. Responsibilities You will authenticate identification by physical examination and through use of electronic Personnel Access Control Systems (ePACS), identification cards, badges, biometric automated tools, verbal questioning, and other means. You will regulate pedestrian and vehicular traffic to prevent accidents and to ease congestion and parking problems. You will serve as a member of the entry control/vehicle inspection team (static and/or mobile) which conducts private and commercial vehicles inspections. You will perform and resolve a full range of both standard procedural and non-recurring/unusual visitor access assignments.
