Security Guard

**Amentum** is seeking a **Security Guard** to work on **Andros Island, Bahamas** on the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) project. The Security Guard will perform functions at AUTEC in support of a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and government assets on the AUTEC project. **This position requires the individual to be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.**

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Provides and controls vehicle and pedestrian access to the facilities and ensures compliance with visitor regulations.
+ Inspects and controls access of materials into facilities.
+ Makes security checks of assigned facilities and areas.
+ Completes compliance and safety inspections in accordance with established policies and procedures.
+ Maintains logs.
+ Detects security incidents and reports them to Navy Security Forces for investigation and action.
