**Description:**

**Position Summary:**

The Security Dispatcher manages incoming security requests, coordinating triage, documentation, and distribution. They handle communication services, dispatch calls, and maintain radio contact with security officers and mobile units. Assigned to the Security Command/Dispatch Center, they monitor and respond to alarms, parking gate assists, radio traffic, and CCTV cameras. Additionally, they assist with lost and found and access control issues.

**What the Security Dispatcher will do:**

+ Operates a computer aided dispatch (CAD) system and monitors progress of calls and dispatch units. Logs relative call data and adds notes and dispositions.
