**Job responsibilities**
+ Execute warehouse lending and term ABS transactions for asset-backed securitization clients across commercial and nontraditional asset classes, including fleet lease, rental car, datacenter, entertainment assets (music and film), fiber, timeshare, insurance premium, and utility ratepayer-backed securitizations.
