Securities Transfers & Operations Executive #NJN

1 Year Contract

Raffles Place or Tampines Central

9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays)

• Process securities transfer requests from initiation to completion accurately and on time
• Ensure all instructions comply with client mandates, approvals, and procedures
• Liaise with front office, custodians, counterparties, and internal teams
• Manage and resolve failed transfers and operational exceptions
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal control standards
• Perform daily control checks including stock and cash break resolution
• Support Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities
• Handle business queries within required timelines or escrow when necessary
• Identify control gaps and support process improvement initiatives
• Participate in operational projects and change initiatives
