We are seeking a full-time Security Command Center Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
• Conduct remote patrol, provide access control and respond to emergency situations in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Complete incident reports for security purposes.
• Respond to emergencies and, when required, escalated to law enforcement agencies.
• Write reports, respond to emails, create access profiles, and perform all other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French, strong in both verbal and written.
• Availability to work full-time, with rotating shifts of nights, evenings, weekends, and days.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security guard license.
