Sector Business Development Manager

Salary Range: $138,585 - $210,000

The Sector Business Development Manager works on selected RFP opportunities and supports proposal preparation, team building, market research and win strategies. This position will report directly to the Sector Lead and may support proposal work across the company’s sectors.

Essential Job Functions:

Leading and managing winning capture strategies and obtaining the resources necessary to execute the capture plans and pursuits.

Identifying the resources (both internal and external to the company) required to pursue contracts.

Foster relationships with customers for specific opportunities.

Formulating and establishing external teaming and partnering strategies to include identifying, selecting, and recruiting teammates and suppliers that increase the PWin.

Preparing, coordinating, and presenting intermittent capture and gate reviews to senior leadership.
