Section Manager, Plant Production Planning Operations

1. Responsible for all planning-related activities, including but not limited to production planning, capacity utilization, package material availability, and management of non-MRO part inventory levels and aging.
2. Serve as a liaison between commercial teams (order receipt), customers (delivery coordination), regional/global planning teams (capacity allocation), system plants (resource sharing), quality, production, and engineering.
3. Identify and pursue process improvement opportunities to drive high production performance, reduce inventory costs, and minimize job changes.
4. Collaborate with regional and global planning teams on mid- and long-term capacity scheduling and package material allocation; source resources both internally and externally; and provide support to sister plants.
5. Track compliance with the global Master Production Schedule (MPS), analyze root causes of non-compliance, and identify opportunities to improve reliability.
