Section Leader

SENET is seeking a Project/Structural Mechanical Section Leader who will be responsible for providing leadership and technical oversight to Draughtspersons and Checkers to ensure the delivery of high-quality 3D models and drawings that meet project specifications, standards, and deadlines. The role combines technical oversight, people leadership, and delivery accountability within an EPCM environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop Draughtspersons and Checkers within the section
• Conduct regular one-on-one engagements to support performance and development
• Promote a high-performance culture aligned with SENET’s leadership principles
• Enable effective decision-making within the team by ensuring appropriate support and resources

Technical Oversight

• Ensure all 3D models and drawings comply with project and discipline design criteria
