· Team section lead role in conducting Plan & Control Algorithm for Parking function with the local AD project. Lead a team of Software and Algorithm developers for concept design and implementation.

· Cooperating between different local and global stakeholders, to ensure technical leading of Plan& Control algorithm in market and meanwhile the compatibility and efficiency to MBOS architecture.

· Responsible for analyzing current Plan& Control Algorithm, finding out the problems, and providing proposals & solutions on how to improve and optimize to achieve better performance & stability.
