Warehouse Operations
Overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, staff supervision, safety, and productivity
Ensure that Logistics Service Provider (LSP) is working under CAH requirements
Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping) at the CAH External warehouse
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits
Ensure that Inventory management is aligned with CAH requirements and procedure
Ensure that LSP implements and maintains warehouse management systems (WMS) to control the inventory as CAH requirement
Monitor warehouse layout and optimize space utilization
Ensure proper handling, storage conditions, safety and GMP compliance
Monitor Warehouse Performance in a weekly, monthly and yearly cycle
Support warehouse layout optimization and space utilization
